These no bake cherry cheesecake parfaits are simply made with a buttery graham cracker base, fluffy cream cheese, and store-bought cherry topping. Only a spoon is required to get all the good stuff in one fell swoop.

Ingredients
9large graham crackerscrushed into tiny crumbs
2tablespoonbuttermelted
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
18 oz package cream cheese, softened
¼cupgranulated sugar
2teaspoonslemon juice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupheavy whipping creamcold
121 oz. can cherry pie filling and topping
Instructions
In a food processor or small bow, mix or pulse crumbs with melted butter until a fine sand-like mixture is formed.
Divide mixture evenly at the bottom of each of the 8 oz. clear cups or glasses
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract on medium until light and fluffy. Transfer to a separate bowl and wipe bowl clean.
Using a whisk attachment, beat heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Using a spoon or piping bag, please cream cheese mixture on top of graham cracker crumbs evenly in each glass. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
You can definitely eat these immediately -- but they'll taste better cold, so I recommend placing them in the refrigerator for at least two hours prior to serving.
