Preheat oven to 400°F. Take out a quarter sheet pan.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and all of the spices. Stir with a spoon. Let rest for just a minute. You'll notice the mixture will turn into a paste. This is good!
Place boneless skinless chicken thighs on sheet pan. Pat thighs down with a paper towel to get as much moisture off of them as possible. Even divide the seasoning mixture on top of each of the thighs to coat them.
Bake for 15 minutes. Move the chicken thighs to the broiler. Broil for 4-5 more minutes. Be careful when using the broiler, as your chicken can easily burn if you're not paying attention. When the chicken is cool, slice or cube the chicken for so many different kinds of dishes. Enjoy!
